There are two reasons. The first reason is very big advancement that this Masters could bring to my career. I currently work as a translator and an estimator for Chinese Government company - CCFG. Having a deep understanding on how trade works would be of big impact. The second reason lays in my official transfer translator occupation to the one of International Trade specialist. And this is something Im greatly looking forward to.

-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.
-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo will be considered invalid.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - Video
